QArea is looking for an Account Manager for our department to work with international clients, build quality and strong relationships through both online communication and offline meetings.

An important note: to ensure effective face-to-face interaction, the role requires the flexibility to travel outside Ukraine.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time (5-9);
  • Good understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing services;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • The competence and willingness to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
  • Ability to create new projects with existing clients by understanding their business needs;
  • Curiosity and drive to learn about a client’s business and products;
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills;
  • Strong orientation to results and clients’ expectations;
  • Desire to learn, research, and work as a team member;
  • Revenue Grows planning for each of the accounts.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Jira/CRM (HubSpot)/Google Services.

Duties:

  • Working with client accounts, accommodating client needs, and financial activity;
  • Provide solutions according to client’s requirements and specifications;
  • Workflow management and task prioritization;
  • Ensuring a high level of client retention and strategic opportunities for growth;
  • Deep understanding of the client’s product and objectives;
  • Helping clients solve any technical or business-related issues;
  • Active help and involvement in client’s financial activity;
  • Managing loyal and professional relationships with the client;
  • Active role in Customer Experience life cycle;
  • Build strong long-term relationships with existing customers/partners;
  • Managing internal processes to ensure smooth client delivery (task creation, monitoring of deliverables, QA, reporting);
  • Working towards monthly and quarterly KPIs following our strategic metrics like Client Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Upsell/Cross-Sell Rate, and NPS/client happiness.
