Weare looking for an Account Manager tojoin our team. Responsibilities: Work closely with customers asafirst level ofassistance toset upplatform for them, ensure that all technical requirements were met; Supporting client inintegration process asamiddlemen between client team and technical team; Communicate directly with clients, prepare documents toclose deals, answer all questions and support requests; Work closely with internal sales, support, technical teams tobesure that client has all necessary assistance; Maintain close relationship with existing clients, provide them with any support they need tohelp them reach their monetary goals. Requirements: Proven experience inB2B customer support/account management/client success; Ability tohave serious conversations around technical subject; Experience inworking with partners from abroad; Detail oriented, positive attitude, punctuality, ability toprioritize tasks inorder tomeet deadline; Understanding ofe-commerce and technical side ofusing payment cards; Previous experience asaccount manager/customer support manager/backoffice manager and similar positions for payments; Advanced level ofEnglish, knowledge ofSpanish will beanadvantage. Will beaplus: Experience inprocessing related tosetting uprisk rules, antifraud, monitoring, routing, cascading; Experience inusing Postman.
