Requirements: —Minimum 1year ofexperience inaninasimilar position, preferably inanoutstaffing orstaffing industry, would beaplus; —High attention todetail and excellent organizational skills; —High communication skills; —Commitment tolong-term and quality results; —Positive approach with strong problem-solving skills and aninterest inlearning; —Experience with project management tools; —Speaking and writing English atUpper-Intermediate level; —Understanding ofsales concept; —Ability tocalculate basic sales figures, work with figures; —Experience with CRM. Will beplus: —Understanding ofDevOps technologies; Responsibilities: —Developing trusting relationships with clients; —Cross-sales and up-sales; —Close co-operation with current clients for potential expansion and increased sales; —Ensuring on-time delivery ofsolutions inaccordance with the needs and goals ofclients; —Realization ofset KPI’s, increasing the ROI ofthe company; —QBR with clients and meeting with clients topresent services, build strong relationships and solve problems; —Assisting with complicated client requests orsolving problems and disputes; —Preparing monthly reports for client accounts and co-operating with the finance team toensure accurate and timely billing.
