Your future responsibilities:

• Support high-quality and prompt communication with customers.
• Effective solution of customer requests in cooperation with other departments.
• Setting up withsupport for the team and careful monitoring of their implementation.
• Basic counseling of clients regarding company services.
• Maintenance of client document flow and financial control (timely payment of bills).
• Moderation of client meetings with the team, formation of clear meeting protocols.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager from 1 year. Experience in an advertising agency will be a significant advantage.
• Attention to detail and the ability to lead projects from initiation to completion.
• Results oriented: the ability to find optimal solutions for clients and increase their loyalty.
• Initiative and independence in solving tasks.
• Skills for resolving conflict situations: the ability to choose the right tone, identify the real needs of customers and find joint solutions with the team.
• Confident communication: clear and consistent expression of thoughts, positive attitude.
• Multitasking and stress resistance: readiness to work under conditions of high workload and large flow of information.

Criteria for success in this position (KPI):

• High level of customer loyalty to the company.
• Increasing the customer's "lifetime" in of the company.
• Adherence to project timings.

Working conditions are simple:

• Daily work schedule: 9:00/10:00—18:00/19:00 Mon-Fri (full-time);
• Remote work;
