We are growing and inviting an Account Manager to our business team.

What you will do:

1. Work with clients and sales support:

• respond to inquiries and form commercial offers;
• set reserves and armor according to agreed algorithms;
• registration of orders in the program 1C;
• control and preparation of documents for clients, including contracts and invoices;
• checking layouts, launching them into print according to algorithms and creating photo reports.

2. Administrative support:

• maintenance and control of online tables with orders and tasks;
• collection of necessary materials according to the needs of the department;
• organization of internal processes to ensure high quality work with clients.

What we want to see in you:

• confident work with MS Office (Excel, Word);
• great if you have basic knowledge of 1C;
• communication, multitasking, the ability to resolve conflicts, empathy and the ability to manage time;
• higher education is desirable, but the most important thing is the desire to work and develop;
• it is possible without experience, but the willingness to learn and take responsibility;
• knowledge of the English language is a bonus!

Brief working conditions:

• schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. remotely; we will provide you with the necessary equipment);
• trial period: 3 months;
• vacation: 20 working days per year.
