The main purpose of the position

Ensure full support for clients at all stages of cooperation — from the preparation of individual offers, calculations, conclusion of contracts to further interaction and development of client relations.
The role involves participation in sales processes, customer onboarding and further ensuring stable communication.

Main duties

• Cooperation with development managers in the process of attracting new customers and conducting negotiations.

• Preparation of commercial proposals, presentations and contracts.

• Administrative support of the onboarding process customers.

• Coordinating communication between customers and internal divisions of the company.

• Participating in meetings with customers, preparing reports and notes.

• Supporting customers in matters of service, tariffs and delivery processes.

• Maintaining the customer base and accompanying documentation in CRM system.

• Analysis of client activity, participation in the development of client retention strategies.

Requirements for the candidate

Experience:

• From 2 years of experience in the field of customer service, sales or support of large international B2B clients.

• Experience of working with logistics or operational processes.

• Experience in conducting negotiations with international clients.

Skills and knowledge:

• Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

• Knowledge of Chinese will be a strong advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems.

• Experience with contracts and business documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, organization, proactivity.

• Ability to work in a team and adhere to deadlines.
