Now about our requirements for the specialist we are looking for:
- Knowledge of English — at least Intermediate (written and oral business communication skils).
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, including in written communication. Experience in written communication with clients will be an advantage.
- Ability to sell/promote company’s products.
- Create a database and attract clients, be able to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in effective key account management.
- You must have logical thinking, excellent communication skills and be able to quickly respond to customer requests and needs, work in a multitasking mode.
- Ability to develop and implement customer retention and development strategies.
- Be responsible. Understand that if the task is burning or the client is waiting for a response, it is not a good idea to go for coffee. Work for the result, not “from nine to six working time”.
Responsibilities:
- Search for new long-term relationships with top companies in various verticals.
- Search, develop and increase the client portfolio.
- Ensure clear communication and respond promptly to customer questions.
- Actively manage the flow of quality leads by strategically developing relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Implement retention strategies to maintain and expand relationships with key accounts.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills and in-depth product knowledge to successfully close deals.
- Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve product and marketing strategy.
