Account manager in First Sport Group

First Sport Group — we develop and manage online sports projects. We have significant experience in working with highly loaded and complex products operating in a large number of countries.

Your main responsibilities:

• Regular communication with partners, development of business relations, solving typical requests
• Supporting the launch of our products on partners' platforms, helping with the process of adapting new users
• Collaboration with internal departments to help meet customer needs
• Forming and providing reports, analyzing key indicators
• Planning and distribution of promotional campaigns
• Working with invoices (payment control)
• Development of the “partner card”, qualitative impact on the growth of key indicators

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in large projects
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level.< /li>
• Experience with CRM systems, Jira, Google products, Excel, (basic understanding of Figma or Photoshop will be a plus)
• Ability to argue and defend one's point of view, conduct negotiations correctly
• Experience in working with objections, conflict resolution.
• Ability to quickly find answers to any questions within the team
• Ability to work effectively with large amounts of information.

*Preference is given to candidates with experience in iGaming or Social gaming (B2B)
