Account manager in UAPAY

As part of the expansion of the team, we are looking for an ambitious and professional Account manager(a) to work with clients.

We offer a remote or hybrid work schedule with the possibility of periodic visits to our office in Kyiv (Minsk).

Main duties:

• Supporting the company's customers by phone, e-mail and chats.
• Providing advice to customers regarding connection and effective interaction with our products and services.
• Signing contracts, obtaining the necessary documents, organizing repeated financial monitoring clients.
• Consulting clients on issues of payment products, system use, integration of payment solutions.
• Cooperation with technical support to quickly and effectively resolve client requests.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the B2B sector.
• Basic knowledge in the field of card business, payment systems and e-commerce will be an advantage.
