Account manager in Romer Labs Ukrayina, TOV

Due to expansion, Romer Labs, a leading global manufacturer of tests for GMOs, mycotoxins, food pathogens and food allergens, is seeking an Account Manager.

Main duties :

• ensuring sales of the company's laboratory-diagnostic solutions on the Ukrainian market;

• Support of existing customers: provision of consulting and technical support

• Attracting new partners, analyzing the market and competitive environment, studying user needs and promptly responding to them.

• Conclusion of contracts and monitoring of their implementation,

• Advising clients on products;

• Preparation of presentation materials;

• Management of work with clients and transactions with them in CRM;

• Conducting training on working with the company's products both on the basis of the company and on the basis of partner laboratories

Requirements:

• Experience in sales of laboratory solutions or work in a laboratory of the grain sector/food industry/veterinary medicine;

• Education with a specialization in biology or medicine is preferred, but not required

• High level of communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively

• Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level and above

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, preferred knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce.
