Account manager in Shkroba A.V., FOP

Responsibilities:

High PC skills;

Customer support;

Formation of final monthly reports;

Working with accounts and platforms (customer management, request processing and payment collection);

Consulting existing and potential of the company's customers;

Setting tasks for designers, target specialists, SMM specialists and monitoring their execution;

Collection of customer feedback.

Requirements:

Competent language, ability to easily establish new contacts, convince and convey your point of view;

Ability to work in multitasking mode;

Ability to meet deadlines ;

Knowledge of + 1 language will be an advantage.

Working conditions:

Work schedule: from Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 18:00 (lunch hour and break)

Salary from UAH 24,000 + KPI;
