We are looking for a temporary (maternity) positionLeading advertising specialist.

Key duties:

1. Marketing support of projects and services (Insurance, Dreams, EXTRA more, "Sustainable development" ESG, Partnerships with companies), namely:

• ordering advertising campaigns and market analysis;

• creating a presentation about the product in PowerPoint.

2. Entering, updating data, tracking project results in Jira and Confluence;
3. Ordering and developing project reports using Excel;
4. Participation in the formation of the marketing budget and expense reporting;
5.Collection of information throughout the department and forecasting of future expenses;
6.Collection of information and preparation of a brief regarding the tender;
7.Management of purchases: orders, payments , reporting documentation;

8. Update policies in accordance with the established rules and procedures of the marketing department.

Basic skills and qualifications:

• Full higher economic education (specialist, master);
• Work experience of 2 years or more
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint - above average;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Planner;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Wordpress;
• Knowledge of English is desirable.
