Experience in Account management/Operations/Customer car e in Senior-Lead roles will also be beneficial.

We are looking for a Broker Management Trading Lead who will be responsible for monitoring and controlling operations, managing a team and ensuring effective cooperation with brokers.

Main responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and team management:

2. Holding daily and monthly team meetings.
3. Planning for recruitment, onboarding, training and adaptation of new employees.
4. Development and implementation of strategic plans for the development of the direction.
5. Control of brokerage operations:
   
   • Quality monitoring and performance of services by trading service providers.
   • Maintaining relations with brokers, onboarding new brokers.
   • Analysis and reporting on brokers.
6. Regulatory activity:
   
   • Analysis of regulatory changes and their impact on the company.
   • Preparation for the introduction of regulatory changes.
   • Processing requests from market regulators.
7. Coordination of actions during emergency situations:
   
   • Synchronization of work of departments.
   • Making decisions to reduce risks.
   • Writing work protocols and action plan.

Qualifications and skills:

• High level of English (B2/C1) .
• Experience in trading or cryptocurrency.
• Ability to work with tools: Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of business ethics and communication.
• Ability to work with statistical data and analyze it.
