Account Management Lead in Smart Team

The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing trader accounts, monitoring communication channels, working with our internal investment fund, and leading our team toensure operational excellence inour brokerage services.Key Responsibilities: 1. Trader Account Management:—Oversee the opening and closing oftrader accounts and related services.—Assist indocument collection and manage the onboarding process for traders.2. Communication and Monitoring:—Handle correspondence with brokers and process their operational requests.—Collaborate with internal departments such asfinance, legal, and operations, and maintain relations with our branches abroad.3. Internal Investment Fund Oversight:—Conduct monthly reporting for the finance department.—Ensure compliance with trading activity rules and resolve discrepancies.4. Trader Communications:—Gather necessary information, conduct surveys, and manage notifications and information dissemination related toaccounts.5. Documentation and Policy Management:—Document processes and procedures, and support the maintenance ofexisting policies.6.
