The backpack and stationery brand KITE is looking for an account manager to work in e-commerce on the EU market.

Our requirements for the candidate:

· experience with marketplaces, preferably with Empik, Ceneo (not critical, but will be a big plus)

knowledge of English not lower than B1-B2

be attentive to the task and adhere to the deadlines of tasks

to grow and develop in the field of international e-commerce

Your main tasks in this role:

· management and development of accounts (on Empik and Erli)

· creation of listings and SEO optimization, adjusting listings

· conducting a listing audit, understanding what exactly needs to be replaced

· cooperating with other departments: content, marketing, procurement, etc.

· understanding what activities need to be done to achieve results

· control of the account and all problems that may arise

· customer service (maintaining correspondence in Polish, processing orders, control of sending orders and communication with customers

· monitoring of warehouse stocks, their timely replenishment

· studying and using all available tools to increase sales

· creating analytical reports

· creating and supporting PRC advertising campaigns

· conducting sales analytics, price monitoring, pricing

· competitor analysis
