The backpack and stationery brand KITE is looking for an account manager to work in e-commerce on the EU market.

Our requirements for the candidate:

· experience with Empik, Ceneo (is not critical, but will be a big plus);

knowledge of English at least B1-B2; 400"> be attentive to the details, complete tasks and meet deadlines;

the desire to grow and develop in the field of international e-commerce.

Your main tasks in this role:

· management and development of accounts (on Empik and Erli)

· creation of listings and SEO optimization;

conducting a listing audit, understanding what exactly needs to be replaced;

· cooperation with other departments: content, marketing, etc.;

· understanding what activities need to be done to achieve results;

account and all problems that may arise;

· customer service (correspondence in Polish, order processing, control of sending orders and communication with customers;

· monitoring of warehouse stocks, their timely replenishment;

· study and use of all available tools to increase sales;

· creation and support of PRS advertising campaigns;

pricing;

· conducting competitor analysis.
