You will have the opportunity to cooperate with our large international client, which is actively developing and leads its projects as one of the market leaders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field. 5+ years in advertising, team management. Mastery of media research tools and methodologies. Understanding industry norms. Strong leadership, team and analytical skills. Budget management and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and project management skills. Deep understanding of the client's needs, business goals and brand essence. Ensuring effective and timely communication between clients and the agency. Coordination of team work on client projects: Development of media plans Ensuring high-quality implementation of media activities Coordination of the work of Baying divisions for the client Development of negotiation strategies and their agreement with the client Coordination and participation in negotiations with contractors Interaction with the regional team of planners. Understanding the requirements, working procedures for the client and ensuring work in accordance with them. Management, coaching and development of managers for work with clients. Creation, control and optimization of clients' media budgets. Ensuring the implementation of campaigns within the agreed budget parameters. Proactive identification of potential problems and development of solutions.
