Responsibilities proactively communicate with local market partners via telephone and internal messaging, responsibility for the partner portfolio, first point of contact, answering questions and taking further action as needed, responsibility for maintaining stable relationships with accommodation partners (i.e. frequent calling and contacting to ensure we offer our clients the best availability and competitive pricing) at the facility level, identifying opportunities for partners that will help improve the business by using internal segmentation to set priorities, identifying new potential partners and escalating them for further action, responsibility for taking customer service escalations that relate to the managed portfolio and resolving them in the most effective manner for the company, partner and customer, supporting the organization of events such as workshops and webinars for partners. Requirements higher education (lic.), one year of experience in a similar position, pro-activity, flexibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team, ability to prioritize one's own workload and effectively manage one's time, communication skills, ability to influence on partners by phone to implement suggestions, native Ukrainian or C1 level English in speech and writing min. B1.
