The environment is fast paced, and we will need team members who are resilient, hardworking, and are eager to succeed.Responsibilities:Manage weekly sales reportingPreparing and utilizing business analytics to build robust commercial plans and seize any opportunities to increase both sell-in and sell-out.Build strong relationships with Retailers, having knowledge of the accounts to ensure the development of the business maximizing return on investment.Prepare and review wholesale targets for all designated accounts with the commercial and planning teamManage open orders to make sure monthly shipping targets are metPartner with cross functional teams to ensure all opportunities are maximizedSupport development of Assistant Account ExecutiveFacilitate market set up (appointments, samples, showroom, models) Command presence when in stores in engaging sales associates. Setup quarterly Product Knowledge seminarsPartner with marketing team to develop seasonal by account marketing plansCompetitive analysis and articulation of product needs for merchandisingRequirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)Ideally 3-5 years of experience in Sales – strong knowledge of retail math and contemporary marketExperience in key account management, Saks and Neiman Marcus experience a plusProven ability to manage multiple deadlines & priorities in an organized mannerHighly proficient in ExcelExtreme attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of inventory management systems (D.365, SAP, Blue Cherry) and Skypad portalAbility to manage multiple high-priority tasks efficientlyHard working, self-starter, strong sense of communityRules we live by | Rules you live byBe a Good Human - Be original, be authentic.
