We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills for negotiation, B2B sales and customer service.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience (minimum 1 year in SaaS/IT)
- You have the technical knowledge to understand our products and offer solutions that meet our customers' needs
- You can explain technical (or non-technical) information so that customers can understand it easily
- Proficient in CRM software
- Able to forecast sales and manage a portfolio of orders
- Negotiation techniques and closing contracts at a high level
- Confidently speak Ukrainian
- Financial acumen and pricing strategy
- Ability to use business intelligence tools
- Impressive organizational skills - you know how to set goals and achieve them

Responsibilities:
- Detailed knowledge of our product - NetHunt CRM
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about project scope, budget and timelines
- Conducting product presentations to clients that meet their needs
- Identifying and understanding client company needs
- Creating business proposals (for licenses and/or implementation/support packages)
- Dealing with objections
- Assigning follow-up actions in customer management
- Keeping up to date with the CRM market and industry trends to keep your sales skills sharp
- Maintain a database of potential customers
- Regularly achieve sales goals and key performance indicators
- Prepare reports on work progress
