Our expectations:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - not lower than B2 (required);
- Experience in presentation and sales;
- Possessing skills in CRM and maintaining a client base;
- It will be a plus: experience in B2B sales, IT products, experience in marketing and advertising tools;
- The opportunity to visit the company's office in Ternopil for an adaptation period of 1 month.
Your duties will be:
- Advise clients about the possibilities and features of our of products;
- Resolve technical requests of customers;
- Communicate with customers through email correspondence, telephone and video calls (discovery and demo calls)
- Sale and upsell of products and services;
- Reporting in CRM.
