You have
- Over 3 years of experience in the full sales cycle in the Polish region
Experience working with multiple departments to manage the customer lifecycle, from solution design to integration and account management.
- Experience in prospecting and managing assigned territory to maximize revenue growth, with support from a Business Development representative.
- Knowledge and/or experience in MEDDIC or other sales methodologies will be an advantage.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English
- Ideal experience in the e-commerce, martech and retail sectors.

You Will
- Run full end to end sales cycles including developing account plans within our target market through marketing and BD’s
- Manage strategic sales opportunities alongside transactional, high-volume ones
- Consult with clients in defining business objectives, success criteria and strategy to ensure the customer perception of value that leads ultimately to sales, renewal and expansion
- Manage the New Business motion, whether via inbound or outbound activities, as well as events, and partner-led activities to help acquire new logos in the Polish market
- Be a local subject matter expert for Luigi’s Box and develop in-depth knowledge of product and service offerings
You Have
- 3+ years of full cycle quota carrying sales experience within the Polish region
- Experience working with multiple departments to manage customer life cycle from solutions design to integration to account management.
- Experience prospecting and managing a designated territory to maximize revenue growth, while supported by Business Development representative.
- Knowledge and/or experience of MEDDIC or other sales methodologies would be a bonus.
- Fluent Polish and English Speaker
- Ideally some experience in the e-commerce, martech and retail sectors.

Meet your team
You will be part of a business development team led by Mark O’Brien, an experienced e-commerce sales manager based in the UK. The sales team has colleagues in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Austria, covering more markets. You will be also supported by colleagues who help develop pipeline.
