Kultprosvet is a rapidly growing web and mobile development company based in Dnipro, Ukraine. We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships. You’ll oversee retaining and growing our customer base.

We’re looking for someone skilled in sales and customer service. You should be dependable, with a focus on both customer satisfaction and achieving results.

Your main objective is to spot opportunities with potential and new clients, sell our web and mobile development services, and turn them into lasting, profitable relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create detailed sales plans to achieve predetermined performance goals and quotas;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from project request to deal closure for both inbound and outbound channels;
  • Identify stakeholder needs, expectations, and issues, as well as vendor requirements and primary project requirements, and relay details to business analysts and technical teams;
  • Develop value propositions based on stakeholder information to showcase company expertise;
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in initial communications with technical, legal, and financial departments;
  • Present commercial proposals to clients and negotiate terms of proposal and contract;
  • Participate in project interviews and discussions with clients/teams;
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and maintain regular contact with clients to understand and address their needs;
  • Facilitate business growth of existing accounts and projects within the account by identifying customers’ business needs/goals/objectives for upsell, cross-sell and renewal, and creating comprehensive account development strategies for this;
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues to customer satisfaction to uphold the company’s reputation;
  • Establish solid referral streams.

Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:

  • 3+ years of account management experience;
  • English proficiency level: Advanced (spoken and written);
  • Experience as Sales Manager /Engagement Manager/ Account Executive;
  • Proven experience in accounts’ growth;
  • Experience working with B2B international clients in IT outsourcing;
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships;
  • Excellent knowledge sales and negotiating principles;
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies;
  • Self-organizational and result-oriented skills;
  • Outstanding knowledge of CRM software (eg. Pipedrive or Hubspot) is a plus.

These skills will also come in handy:

  • Experience in Business analysis and market research;
  • Experience in Project Management.
