Important for us: work in a PR agency (will be an advantage); experience of working with commercial clients; experience of team management; systematicity, communication, responsibility, leadership qualities, management experience; command of the English language at the B2-C1 level. Main areas of responsibility: development and implementation of communication strategies for clients; preparation of tenders ; client support at all stages; active interaction with mass media of all types; project activity within the agency, project support from idea to case; quality of work documentation (presentations, reports, briefs); team management; task setting and control of executors within the project: planning group work, distribution of responsibilities, collection of intermediate statuses; preparation of working and financial documentation for projects (budgets, timelines, plans), control of payments and document flow; monthly reporting on the work of the team; participation in the selection of team members, coordination, control, work planning teams.
