The company is currently looking for an Account Director.

What is important for the position:

• Have experience in the position of AD from 3 years ;
• Have experience in advertising agencies ;
• Have experience in task managers ( preferably in Worksection );
• Experience in managing various types of projects: events, PR projects, multi-channel activations;
• Experience in building long-term relationships with clients;
• Successful experience of participating in tenders;
• Ability to structure large amounts of information and build processes;
• Experience in managing a team (project and permanent: Account manager, Account executive).

• Preparation of proposals and budgets. Implementation and documentation of projects, KPI execution control ;
• Work with teams and departments: coordination and control;
• Develop and motivate the project team: set tasks and goals, monitor their implementation;
• Monitor the implementation of financial indicators, keep reports.
