We are seeking a skilled Account-Based Marketing Manager to spearhead our ABM initiatives. This role is pivotal as we integrate account-based marketing into our broader marketing strategies. The ABM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing highly targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific accounts, aligning marketing and sales efforts to deepen engagement with key clients, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
Required skills and experience
- Proven ABM experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in planning and executing account-based marketing strategies.
- Research and analysis: Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Content development: Ability to create tailored content that resonates with targeted accounts, including case studies, personalized emails, and bespoke landing pages.
- Interviewing skills: Experience in conducting interviews with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and develop compelling case studies and testimonials.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives.

- Content creation: Produce tailored marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, specialized campaign content, videos and repurpose the content for other formats.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, customer service) to create a unified approach to account targeting.
- Customer insights: Conduct interviews and gather data to understand the specific needs and behaviors of target account stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated on ABM best practices and continuously seek to innovate and improve our ABM efforts.
