Access Administrator (SAP Customer Support) in Ukrtransgaz, AT

JSC "Ukrtransgaz" is considering the resumes of candidates for the position of Access Administrator.

Experience required:

• Experience of working with SAP ERP 6.0 or systems built on the basis of SAP S/4HANA, as a user from 2 years;
• Experience of writing and agreeing quality accompanying documentation (test protocols, instructions users);
• Experience in the department of technical support for internal and external users of information systems.

 Role and responsibilities:

• Communication with external users through various communication channels; processing their requests, diagnosing and solving issues related to the implemented functionality; provision of clear and professional advice.

• Creating and maintaining up-to-date user instructions for functionality, filling in help materials (FAQ) to help users solve standard questions.

• Filling internal databases (knowledge base, log of user requests, etc.) or incident management systems with information about requests and provided advice.

• Preparation and provision consultation reports, analysis of recurring incidents, participation in process improvement and elimination of the causes of their occurrence.

• Administration of external user accounts: creation, blocking, correction, deletion and provision of appropriate authority in the system.
