FluentPro Group is a group of product development companies, and we are looking for ABM Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in SaaS product marketing to implement, lead and scale ABM marketing initiatives for several product lines.
FluentPro group has 3 SaaS product lines in the Project Portfolio Management and Product Management space, and currently, we have two marketing teams operating independently.
Our customers are B2B mid-market / upper SMB with some enterprise segments.
The ideal candidate will help us launch, run and operate ABM initiatives for our product lines and collaborate with marketing teams to create appropriate marketing assets. There is one product line that we want to focus on primarily, with 100+ paying customers & established product-market-fit.
We are looking for a leader who can establish a framework, team, tools and processes to scale the ABM channel to scale growth from the current two-digit rate to the three-digit annual growth rate.

- Strong proven record of implementing working and result-generating ABM
- Strong Leadership skills, ability to work and lead Independently
- Experience scaling marketing for 1M+ ARR products
- Experience building, growing and leading teams
- Experience with omnichannel marketing strategy
- Data-Driven, Goal-focused approach
- Strong experience in B2B product marketing (mid-market, upper SMB, enterprise)
- Experience working with Enterprise customers
- Experience building partner/reseller network is a plus
- Excellent conversational English

- Set priorities, goals, manage execution of marketing initiatives.
- Help Build and Optimize Marketing Funnel.
- Help Implementing Omnichannel marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and CSM teams.
