We are looking for anAI/ML Engineer (GenAI & Chatbots)in the Data Directorate of the bank who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Position purpose: Development and support of intelligent chatbots using Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Large Language Models.

Main duties:

• Design and development of RAG pipelines for intelligent search and generation of answers
• Integration of Large Language Models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) into business processes
• Development of Named Entity Recognition (NER) systems for extracting entities from text
• Optimization of prompts and adjustment of LLM parameters to improve the quality of answers
• Work with vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone) for semantic search
• Creating a REST API for chatbots using Flask/Flask-RESTx
• Setting up and monitoring the performance of models in production
• Preparing documentation on the development and implementation of AI solutions
• Presenting results to customers and representatives business units

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (informatics, mathematics, linguistics, economics)
• 1+ year of work experience in the role of AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), Python
• Experience with NLP tasks: Text Classification, Named Entity Recognition, Semantic Search, Text Generation
• Experience with Large Language Models (Claude, GPT, LLaMA) and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with ML tools: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, LangChain
• Experience working with vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB)
• Experience in developing Flask, FastAPI web applications
• Experience in working with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3) or other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
• Experience in REST API development and integration
• Understanding the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and its components
• Understanding working with GIT, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Excellent understanding of machine learning methods and NLP algorithms
• Understanding the concepts of embeddings, semantic similarity, tokenization
• Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgroundsom
• Ability to create and maintain documentation about created models and processes
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools for AI systems
• Ability to build meaningful visualizations of results
