Our team currently consists of 20 professionals who are passionate about their work , which allows us to compete with industry giants🚀And now we are looking for an experienced 3D Generalist, with great insight and ready to implement the most daring ideas together with our team.📋 What you will have to do: Development of a visual style of the game: selection and development of models, choice of palette colors, thinking over the composition and setting, choosing shaders, customizing the creation of visuals on the stage Development of 3D models for casual, midcore mobile games Animation, rigging of characters Creation of VFX and cinematics Participation in the development of ideas for new projects (optional) What is important to us: From 4 years old experience in the position of 3D GeneralistExtensive observation and experience in midcore/casual projectsGame-ready lowpoly, midpoly modeling (Blender, Maya etc.)Animation (Rigging, Skinning) for UnityTexturing, HandpaintAbility to build the correct topologyAbility to make beautiful compositions in UnityGood knowledge of the Unity engine🌟 Will be a plus: Unity TimeLine, Unity Shader Graph Ability to draw by hand, creativity Ability to search for references Desire to lead a team Knowledge of optimizing shaders, models, textures, effects in Unity🎁 What we offer in return: Comfortable work environment.
