We are looking for a passionate GameDev Trainee 3D Artist with basic modeling and texturing skills. If you dream that your models will become part of a real game, we are ready to provide you with mentorship and first commercial experience!
Working conditions and your quick start:
Level: We consider candidates without work experience or students (with a quality educational portfolio).
Salary: 32,000 - 39,000 UAH.
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 working hours (for example, from 10:00 to 19:00 with a break).
Format: OFFLINE work in the studio (for effective training and integration into the development team).
Key Responsibilities: Modeling and Asset Pipeline
You will work under the guidance of a Lead 3D Artist and receive tasks aimed at training and development:
Asset Modeling: Creating simple 3D models (props/background objects, interface elements) for game scenes.
Texturing: UV sweep and creation of basic textures (PBR/Stylized) for objects.
Optimization: Preparation of models for integration into the game engine (polygon control, grid optimization).
Cooperation: Interaction with Game Designers and the QA team to adjust and finalize visual assets.
Training: Active development of the internal art pipeline studio.
Requirements for the Candidate
Portfolio: Availability of educational 3D works (models, renderings) demonstrating basic modeling and texturing skills.
Software: Basic knowledge of one of the programs for modeling (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) and texturing (Substance Painter/Photoshop).
3D Basics: Understanding of Topology, UV-Randing and PBR Texturing.
Gaming Passion: Deep interest in GameDev and understanding of game styling.
Offline Readiness: Strong understanding of the need to work in an office 5 days per week.
