We cooperate with the leaders of the gaming industry, participate in the creation of world-class projects and continue to replenish our talented team.Join our team of like-minded people who are passionate about a common goal and love for games as a 3D Animator and create the highest quality graphics with us.ResponsibilitiesCreate consistent high-quality gameplay character and creature animationsCreate custom rigs for new asset classes based on Art Director and Game Designers visionsWork with Art Directors, Technical Artists and Producers to understand technical requirements and ensure the pipeline is as efficient as possibleRefine animations and gameplay feel as needed to get the best quality animation within the timelineActively participate in technical and artistic discussions and problem solvingPrepare animations for Importing in Unity\UnrealPrepare refboard for Animations during pre-production stagesQualificationsA great understanding of the fundamentals of animation and how they relate to game animation. A strong sense of timing Good instincts for realistic and stylized motionsProven working history of professional rigging and animation, supported by a strong portfolioAdvanced knowledge of production pipelinesUp-to-date knowledge of modern rigging and animation techniquesExperience shipping at least one titleExperience of making animations for top-down games Strong communication and organizational skillsFamiliar to work with game Engines (Unity, UE) Will Be a Plus3D modeling skills2D Animations skillsAbout UsFounded in 2004, Virtuos is one of the largest independent video game development companies.
