3D/2D дизайнер (торгове обладнання та POSM) in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

A partner of the tobacco company "Philip Morris Sales and Distribution", an affiliate company of "Philip Morris International" in Ukraine, invites you to cooperate as a 3D/2D designera.
 
We are looking for a designer who combines creative thinking with deep technical understanding The role is focused on the development of trade equipment and POSM, not on classic graphic design.
 
You will work in 3D and 2D, transforming technical requests from the trade marketing team into clear, realistic solutions taking into account brand guides, materials and design constraints.

Main responsibilities:

• Creating 3D visualizations of trade equipment and POSM (displays, racks, brand zones, shop-in-shop, checkout solutions, etc.)
• Preparation of 2D materials: schemes, layouts, drawings with dimensions for production and suppliers
• Processing technical requests from the trade-marketing team and offering design solutions
• Working in accordance with brand guides (brand books, colors, logos, placement rules graphics)
• Selection of materials and constructive solutions together with the team
• Adaptation of concepts for different formats of retail trade (kiosks, supermarkets, local shops, HoReCa)
• Preparation of final files for production and support of projects at the stage of implementation
• Participation in brainstorms regarding new formats of equipment and layouts

Who are we looking for?

Hard skills:

• Experience of working as a 3D/2D designer (POSM, trade equipment, interiors, exhibition stands, product displays, archive)
• Confident command of 3D modeling tools (3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp or similar)
• Ability to prepare 2D models and technical materials (Illustrator / Photoshop / Corel / Figma or similar)
• Understanding of materials and structures: MDF, metal, plastic, acrylic, printing, backlighting
• Experience with brand guides
• Attention to detail and ability to read and structure technical briefs

Soft skills:

• Ability to work with feedback and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, willingness to clarify requirements
• Structured approach and ability to work with several tasks in parallel

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in trade marketing / POSM / trade or exhibition equipment
• Understanding of production processes
• Experience of communication with suppliers or manufacturers
• Basic understanding of buyer behavior and ergonomics of the retail space
