Required skills and knowledge:
*Experience managing a technical support team in a technical environment
*Knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis
*Knowledge of JavaScript for code orientation
*Bash command line skills in a Linux environment to automate tasks and scripts
*Linux experience including process management and log analysis
*Basic knowledge of network technologies
*Knowledge of ITIL, certification a plus
Desired skills and experience:
* Experience in back-end software support
*Experience with Confluence, Jira
*Knowledge and experience with a control system versions of GitLab
*Scripting skills in languages such as Bash
*Experience working with customers at 2nd level technical support levels
*Experience working in a production environment and understanding of reliability and security requirements < /p>
Responsibilities:
*Effectively interact with the development team to communicate issues and fix requests
*Write clear and understandable instructions for technical support , including troubleshooting documentation and troubleshooting instructions
*Development, implementation and tracking of KPIs to measure the performance of the technical support team, with the ability to analyze KPI data to improve department performance and achieve business goals
