Who will be your lead:

Meet Andrei is Head of Marketing at Ruut.

He entered digital after Genesis IT School, launched mobile products from scratch and built processes, and in FemTech he found a unit economy and formed a marketing team from scratch.

Now Andriy is the head of marketing at Ruut and leads the UA, Creatives and Growth departments - you will work directly with him.ash traction:

We have passed the "valley of death" and are now in the high-pace mode, where every strong idea and every successful creative gives a tangible uplift in metrics.

What do you need to join us?

• Minimum 6 months of experience in creating animated 2D videos/reels and video editing.
• Relevant work with the application of animation that you can share.
• Proficient in After Effects.
• Skills in working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
• Ability to create original visual concepts that attract attention and engage the audience.
• Knowledge of video tools and techniques for editing, combining and optimizing video (for example, Adobe Premiere PRO).
• Skills to effectively allocate your working time and meet deadlines.

Your future tasks:

• Creating advertising animations 2D videos that set us apart from competitors.
• Editing, working with sound design and AI services.
• Generating basic variations for successful creatives.
• Interacting with creative marketers and actively participating in the discussion of ideas.
• Adapting visuals to different formats (UGC, animation, AI-avatars, podcast, etc.).

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in creating content for social networks.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing.
