1C business process analyst in PepsiCo

In Ukraine, the company has three enterprises: two production complexes in the Mykolaiv region for the production of snacks and drinks, and a milk processing plant in the Kyiv region, which currently produces baby food, dairy products and juices.

Wishes to the candidates :

• Experience as a business analyst with the "1C: Enterprise 8. UPP" platform ;
• Advanced MS Excel skills; 
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting and management accounting of production processes;
• Experience in project management and describing technical tasks; 
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly; 
• Positive attitude towards people, desire to help and solve the problem within the framework of professional competencies; 
• Experience in solving requests from users on working with 1C software products; 
• Experience in writing user instructions; 
• Proactivity and interest in work; 
• English at Intermediate level.

Tasks you will face:

• Supporting users within the framework of an atypical configuration based on the 1C application solution: UPP;
• Participation in an internal automation project; 
• Analysis of the company's business processes, identification of needs for optimization / automation of business processes,reconciliation of differences between requirements with the internal customer;
• Preparation of technical tasks for developers; 
• Control of compliance of the finished solution with the established requirements; 
• Transfer of the finished solution to the internal customer; 
• Other accompanying tasks.
