What You Will DoHandling all P.O.s and paymentsLeading the creation of our music library on social, from briefing our music agency, to rounds of feedback, to final upload to OperaThis is key – as our local markets use these songs on their social videos for launchesLeading bi-monthly product laydown shoot logistics, from coordinating with our production studio, to pulling creative references, to leading 6+ rounds of feedback across social & content team and marketingLeading mental health project: Lifter AnimationCoordinating with script writer, animator, rounds of feedback from our team & Cause leadAdministrative tasksShipping out product to influencer (KEY!!) and ensuring we have enough productOpera submissionsSocial performance recapsCreating briefs for influencer contentBrainstorming concept + creating brief to send to agenciesHandling rounds of feedback for delivery back to the creatorRequired QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degreeThe ideal candidate should have previous cosmetic/beauty marketing experiences (not mandatory) within a group or an agencyLegally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureCreative visionaries and strategic thinkers with a strong sense of aesthetics Resilient: able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Passionate about by trends, new products, and advertising Organizational skills: ability to self-manage projects, track and meet important timings/milestones Analytical mindset: feels confident about working with numbers and data (Excel)Preferred QualificationsProject and time managementDetail orientedData driven Creative mindsetFilm & edit social-first contentStrong pulse on trending cultureAdditional Benefits Information As FollowsSalary Range: $28.50/hrHybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)VIP Access to L’Oréal’s Internal Shop for Discounted ProductsEmployee Resource Groups (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads) Don’t meet every single requirement?
