We are looking for project managers for various projects!

We invite creative and focused professionals to join our team as project managers on three important projects: the board game Funds Hunter (https://synergy-universe/foraction), award nomination project from the NGO "International Change Agency" (https://i-agency-change.org/) and Synergy Club business community (https://synergy-universe/club ).

We are looking for people who are ready to take responsibility for the successful implementation of these projects.

Responsibilities:

 • Coordination of the project implementation plan, including all necessary technical tasks and contracts for its implementation.

 • Responsibility for the implementation of projects in accordance with the approved plans for their implementation.

 • Drawing up project budgets and monitoring their implementation.

 • Preparation of reports on project implementation and achieved results.

 • Development and coordination with the head of the department, project curators of the concepts, goals and main stages of the project.

 • Preparation of project expenditure, income and cash flow plans.

• Keeping documentation within the framework of project implementation. p>

 • Management of cash expenditures by project in accordance with cash flow budgets.

 • Preparation and conducting of project presentations as necessary.

• Making changes to the project if necessary.

Implementation of projects within the agreed time frame and with the required level of quality.

 • Adjustment of the plan-schedule and budget of the project if necessary, approval of changes with the curators of the project.

 • Initiation of meetings and planning as part of project implementation.

 • Forming and coordinating interim and final reports on projects with the head of the department and presenting them to project curators.
