They continue working tirelessly to develop products with uncompromising attention to detail, serving millions of customers 24/7 and disrupting the global $200B beauty industry.We are looking for a Marketing Automation Coordinator - with the following required experience and responsibilities.Responsibilities:- Support new automation initiatives, working closely with the retention team, product managers and data engineers to ensure effective implementation and ongoing optimization- Conceptualize improvements to the marketing funnels, constantly optimizing and testing current systems from a 360° perspective - from segmentation, campaign curation, timing optimization, landing page A/B testing, etc- Leverage trends, consumer insights and purchasing data to provide recommendations for innovation in marketing communications- Support the existing CRM systems across multiple teams until fully pivoting to building automated journeys- Comfortable gathering, refining, and analyzing large sets of data with a constant focus on deriving actionable insights for future implementation- Responsible for the management and monitoring of key automated journeys- Assist with product development tasks related to customer retention campaigns and other activitiesBasic Qualifications:- Strategic mindset, and an equal parts analytical and creative thinker that through the use of data and research can bring new marketing initiatives to the table- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail- Self-starter mindset, you proactively anticipate and solve issues, demonstrating a strong work ethic and accountability- Results-driven, open to learning new skills, and adaptable as a team player willing to go the extra mile for company growth- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent English Proficiency - Upper Intermediate and abovePreferred Qualifications:- 1-2 years of relevant work experience- Passion for e-commerce and consumer products, beauty is a plus- Experience with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers- Basic HTML skills and knowledge of CSS- Experience working with Google Analytics/Optimizely and Jira- Experience using Klaviyo or any other Email Marketing platformBenefits and working conditions:- Competitive salary- 20 working days paid vacation, including paid compensation if the vacation days weren’t used- Health insurance including dentist- Gym membership- Training programs and coaching to support career development and more- Corporate celebrations, team-building events, fun activities, and more
