Position title: chief specialist

Structural division: department of rule-making activity and legal expertise on investment and innovation policy management of international treaties and legal expertise on investment and foreign economic policy of the legal support department    

Location of workplace:st. Khreshchatyk, 24, Kyiv

Main duties:

1. Preparation and participation in the preparation of projects of normative and legal acts

2. Elaboration and legal examination of projects of regulatory and legal acts

3. Preparation, processing and approval of draft conclusions of the Ministry of Economy

4. Verification of compliance with the legislation and international treaties of Ukraine of projects of normative legal acts

5. Conducting a gender-legal examination of projects of normative-legal acts

6. Participation in ensuring the adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union

Qualification requirements:

1. The degree of higher education is not lower than a bachelor's degree in the field of law. Work experience in public service positions of categories "B", experience of service in local self-government bodies, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership will be a priority.
2. Fluent command of the state language.
3. Knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine: "On civil service", "On prevention of corruption", "On administrative procedure", "On industrial parks", "On state support of investment projects with significant investments in Ukraine", "On agreements on the distribution of products", "On public-private partnership", "On copyright and related rights", "On scientific and scientific and technical activities", "On the protection of rights to plant varieties" and other legislation. mechanisms of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU legislation, analysis of the practice of foreign countries.
4. Experience in preparing conclusions, working with documents, including orders, agreements.
5. High level of communication skills, ability to work in a team and interact with state authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations.
