Introduction:  I have had over 12 years experience supporting Mac and Windows computers in Publishing, Media, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Government environments. I am a desktop specialist. Knowledge in other areas of IT  eg. 1st and 3rd line help me be an effective 2nd line desktop specialist.
