Worldview’s journey toward 360 videos began some time ago, designing a hybrid game and TV formats, producing and directing factual video, hacking 3D game engines to build a TV studio and blending real and virtual worlds to create immersive museum experiences. Worldview's specialised camera system simultaneously records a location in every direction from a single position. Then – after the footage is stitched together – the captured scene can be relived as an immersive 360° experience.
