Our history demonstrates how we have incorporated these principles throughout every step of our development. WWC was founded by Lauren Weiner, a senior government civilian at the Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President, who left Washington D.C. to accompany her spouse on a Department of Defense assignment in Naples, Italy.
