Virtual Assistant Talent LLC is dedicated to helping small business owners, start ups, and all busy entrepreneurs to grow and expand their businesses by hiring a virtual assistant. Virtual Assistant Talent was established by John Davern, Jr., MBA as a result of his own experience and business needs. John has a BA in Labor & Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Human Resources from Duquesne University. In graduate school, John was an active member of the International Student Organization, where he developed contacts and friendships with people from all over the world, and established an appreciation for other cultures. John has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Labor Law. He is an expert at understanding business staffing needs, identifying the core competencies required for success in those positions, and developing pre-employment testing and screening to identify qualified talent. As a corporate recruiter located in Silicon Valley, he was solely responsible for filling 180+ positions annually and has filled well over 1000+ job openings. John is also trained in General Electric's Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Toyota's Global Problem Solving, which further helps him identify and understand businesses needs/processes, and make recommendations.
