A CRM project has as main objective to improve the relationship with the customer and their experience, understanding the profile of each one to individualize the offers and negotiations. CRM is in Triscal's DNA. Our work methodology starts with the definition/review of CRM processes for the areas of sales, marketing and services/service and understanding of the commercial and customer relationship culture. These are fundamental steps for the proposed architecture/solution of the project to be developed. Then the requirements that will support the entire project configuration are raised, either through configuration or customization.
