TM Floyd & Company is a consulting firm that was founded by Terry Floyd, an IT professional focused on bridging the divide between business and technology. After earning a degree in mathematics and computer science, Terry’s first jobs were focused on software development in aerospace and telephony. While he enjoyed the technology involved with these positions, he also wanted to work with the business and interpersonal challenges associated with systems development and implementation.
