RCI was founded as an operational excellence consultancy in 2009. However, after several engagements, the founder realized that in order for our customers to achieve excellence in their organization they needed visible and accurate up-to-date data to help drive business decisions. RCI started developing customized dashboards for data visualization and customized software solutions to digitize manual processes, ensuring data accuracy and secure data storage. The RCI team is made up of seasoned leaders from global manufacturers who understand the importance of continuous improvement, strategic leadership, and workforce development in pursuit of operational excellence. Our consultants approach is deeply rooted in the Toyota Production System. We value investing in the next generation workforce, and we do this primarily through partnering with local universities to provide paid internships. Many of our interns have went on to become CEO's of companies in the Greater Chattanooga Region.
