Our Story In 2012, wife and husband team Jenn Richey Nicholas and Andrew Nicholas turned their love of making things with people into a business. They bring a wealth of industry experience. Jenn worked on the 2012 NYC Olympic bid and refined her creative direction know-how at the world’s largest international design firm. Andrew draws from his experience working with NYC-based retail juggernauts and internationally noteworthy cultural institutions focused on film, music, contemporary dance, and theater. They knew from the beginning that success meant more than growing a profitable design studio. They wanted to express their commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility through their business practices, studio culture, and community involvement.
