The firm, originally established in 1992 and incorporated as Okamoto & Company, Inc. in 1996 was renamed to OC & Associates in May 2016. Our main office is conveniently located within walking distance from five subway stations. A subsidiary, OC & Associates Pte. Ltd. was established in October 2014 to assist clients in Singapore. OC & Associates Tax Co. was established in June 2016 to provide tax services lead by our team of CPTAs.
