Numesko concept emerged when I found myself struggling in managing my growing IT and eCommerce business. Finding skillful and dedicated professionals via freelancing portals was the first major challenge as most of the candidates either lacked industry and technical knowledge or had their focus divided between multiple projects. Hiring through a recruiting agency was not as economical option either. Since most of those candidates lacked experience or exposure needed to excel at the level meaning I had to invest time and money into training after hiring but then retention of a freelancing source was also an issue.
